Laurentian Place
Located at the corner of Baseline Road and Clyde Ave, this 15.5 acre, former high school site was completely re-developed into a mixed use, power centre anchored by Walmart and a new 100,000 square foot office building who major tenant is a publicly traded engineering firm. Intracity was involved in negotiating the purchase of the site from the local school board, development of the site plan, financial analysis, and the development approvals.
Kanata Centrum
A focal point in Kanata's shopping district, this 100 acre site was developed into a regional mall / entertainment centre. Upon opening to the public the centre was tenanted by: AMC movie theatres, multiple chain restaurants, banks, and other well known retailers including: Roots, Mark's Work Warehouse, Home Outfitters, Sleep Country and Future Shop. Intracity's involvement included leasing, development approvals and construction oversight.
Microtel Inn and Suites
Microtel suites is a Wyndham hotel concept that is quickly growing and gaining traction across the country. Intracity was involved in managing the development and construction approvals for the locations built or currently under construction in: Kanata, Dorval, Halifax, Boisbriand, Barrie and Port Elgin.
