Arnprior Multi Residential
Through a partnership with Ottawa Valley Developments, Intracity is the developer and construction manager of the first of three apartment buildings in the Town of Arnprior,Ontario. Intracity sourced and negotiated the purchase of this completely off-market parcel, obtained all municipal approvals and completed construction of 59 unit building. The first tenant have moved in as of August 2025.
Hucks Marine & Resort
Located in the town of Rockport, the Ed Huck Marina has served as a means for outdoor enthusiasts to access the St Lawrence River for years. The re-development of this waterfront property will bring 40 new condominiums that will offer unobstructed water front views, while respecting the heritage and character of the shoreline.
Intracity has been involved in seeking the complex development approvals from the various organizations who are involved in the development of waterfront projects on the St. Lawrence river.
Kemptville Multi Residential
Through a partnership with Ottawa Valley Developments, Intracity is seeking to bring three apartment blocks to the historic downtown of Kemptville. To date, Intracity has sourced, and negotiated the purchase of this completely off-market property.
With zoning , site plan approval and building permit in hand, construction is well underway.
