Biography
Dennis Eberhard
Dennis Eberhard brings immense real estate experience to Intracity, having been a land development consultant for more than 25 years.
His clients have included Masterbuilt Hotels, Smartcentres REIT, PenEquity Realty Corporation, and Trinity Development Corporation. Most recently Dennis has become CEO of Ottawa Valley Developments GP, created to develop multi-residential apartments in Eastern Ontario.
Dennis is a licensed Realtor in Ontario with Goudy Real Estate Corporation. He combines his knowledge of land acquisitions, due diligence, commercial leasing, planning, finance, and land development to assist his clients in land acquisitions and in developing successful commercial projects.
Dennis holds a Hon. B.A. in Urban Geography from Wilfrid Laurier University and an M.A. in Urban Geography from the University of Western, Ontario.

Andrew Eberhard
In the first ten years of his real estate career, Andrew Eberhard has worked on a multitude of exciting and successful projects.
Andrew has represented various landlord's including: government entitles, private investors, and REIT's in the leasing of all commercial property types. He has been responsible for property portfolios consisting of hundreds of tenants, across a diverse range of locations and asset classes. In addition to leasing, Andrew has provided: financial analysis of new acquisitions, accounting, concept design, and property management to clients and employer's of various sizes.
Andrew holds a B.Com from the University of Guelph, majoring in real estate and housing, and a Master of Planning (M.P.L) from Queen's University's School of Urban and Regional Planning. He is also a licensed Realtor in the province of Ontario.
